Online Payment<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>When choosing the online payment method, you pay directly to the account of the Private Enterprise \u201cInfusion,\u201d which sells you the ordered goods.<\/p>\n<p>Advantages of online payment:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>safety;<\/li>\n<li>no commissions;<\/li>\n<li>time-saving, as you do not need to go to an ATM to withdraw cash.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>All available online payment methods will be presented on the payment page.<\/p>\n<p>Payments are processed through JSC CB \u201cPRIVATBANK\u201d using bank cards of Visa and MasterCard payment systems issued in Ukraine.<\/p>\n<p>Online payments use the LiqPay payment gateway (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.liqpay.ua\/information\/user?tab=1\">the \u201cLiqpay System\u201d payment service<\/a>). The connection to the payment gateway and information transfer are conducted in a secure mode using SSL encryption. The security of LiqPay online payments is ensured by 3D Secure technologies and one-time passwords (OTP) sent via SMS to confirm transactions, as well as security certificates.<\/p>\n<p>If your bank supports Verified by Visa or MasterCard SecureCode technologies, you may be required to enter an additional security password when making a payment.<\/p>\n<p>The confidentiality of personal data provided is guaranteed by JSC CB \u201cPRIVATBANK\u201d. The entered data is not transferred to third parties, except in cases provided by the legislation of Ukraine. Card payments are processed according to the requirements of Visa Int. and MasterCard Europe Sprl.<\/p>\n<p>In case of order cancellation, the refund to your bank account usually takes 2-3 business days, but in some cases may take up to 30 days. The exact timeframe depends on the issuing bank.<\/p>\n<p>If a mistaken payment was made, or due to force majeure you wish to cancel the order, please call us at +38 (075) 172-64-86 (Mon-Fri: 8:30-17:00, Sat-Sun: closed) to resolve the issue.<\/p>\n<h3><strong><a id=\"cash-payment-privatbank\"><\/a>1.3. Cash or Card Payment via PrivatBank Self-Service Terminal<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>You can also pay for your order through PrivatBank self-service terminals (hereinafter SST). This method is convenient when card payment is unavailable or the card has insufficient funds and you only have cash. The same number will also be sent to your email.<\/p>\n<p>Pay attention to the pharmacy\u2019s working hours.
