Artro-Patch – a modern solution for viscosupplementation

Biologically inert gel based on cross-linked hyaluronic acid, which is intended for intra-articular administration to restore the viscoelastic properties of synovial fluid in traumatic and degenerative lesions of synovial joints.

Artro-Patch is designed to help you feel freedom of movement again. Its action is based on the use of stabilized hyaluronic acid, which complements the functions of synovial fluid in the joints. This approach allows you to:

Mechanism of action

Hyaluronic acid is a natural polysaccharide (glycosaminoglycan), which is an important structural element of the connective tissue of the skin and synovial fluid.

Artro-Patch is a biocompatible injectable implant with prolonged action, has viscoelastic properties, acts as a shock absorber, a stabilized gel that restores joint mobility.

Properties

• The viscoelastic properties of Artro-Patch correspond as closely as possible to the properties of the synovial fluid of a healthy person.
• The volume of the Artro-Patch gel is 3 ml, which is enough to fully replace the entire volume of synovial fluid in the knee joint.
• Does not contain components of animal origin.
• The molecular weight of hyaluronic acid before “crosslinking” is 2.3 million.
• The special technology of “soft crosslinking” of hyaluronic acid allows you to achieve a crosslinking coefficient of 0.18%, which minimizes the negative impact of additional chemical compounds (BDDE) used to stabilize the HA.
• One injection per course of treatment.

Composition

A volume of 3 ml contains:

• Sodium hyaluronate – 90.0 mg.
• Phosphate buffer pH – 7.2-7.4 to – 3.0 ml.
