Payment Terms

What payment methods are available?

We offer the following payment methods:

  • online payment: Visa / MasterCard, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PrivatPay, online banking Privat24, QR code, Visa Checkout (Visa Click to Pay);
  • cash or card payment via PrivatBank self-service terminal;
  • payment upon pickup at the pharmacy: cash or card via POS terminal;
  • payment upon receipt at the carrier’s branches or parcel lockers: cash or card.

Online Payment

When choosing the online payment method, you pay directly to the account of the Private Enterprise “Infusion,” which sells you the ordered goods.

Advantages of online payment:

  • safety;
  • no commissions;
  • time-saving, as you do not need to go to an ATM to withdraw cash.

All available online payment methods will be presented on the payment page.

Payments are processed through JSC CB “PRIVATBANK” using bank cards of Visa and MasterCard payment systems issued in Ukraine.

Online payments use the LiqPay payment gateway (the “Liqpay System” payment service). The connection to the payment gateway and information transfer are conducted in a secure mode using SSL encryption. The security of LiqPay online payments is ensured by 3D Secure technologies and one-time passwords (OTP) sent via SMS to confirm transactions, as well as security certificates.

If your bank supports Verified by Visa or MasterCard SecureCode technologies, you may be required to enter an additional security password when making a payment.

The confidentiality of personal data provided is guaranteed by JSC CB “PRIVATBANK”. The entered data is not transferred to third parties, except in cases provided by the legislation of Ukraine. Card payments are processed according to the requirements of Visa Int. and MasterCard Europe Sprl.

In case of order cancellation, the refund to your bank account usually takes 2-3 business days, but in some cases may take up to 30 days. The exact timeframe depends on the issuing bank.

If a mistaken payment was made, or due to force majeure you wish to cancel the order, please call us at +38 (075) 172-64-86 (Mon-Fri: 8:30-17:00, Sat-Sun: closed) to resolve the issue.

Cash or Card Payment via PrivatBank Self-Service Terminal

You can also pay for your order through PrivatBank self-service terminals (hereinafter SST). This method is convenient when card payment is unavailable or the card has insufficient funds and you only have cash. Funds are credited online.

How to pay with cash through a PrivatBank SST if an online payment error occurred on the website and you have an order number

  1. Find the nearest PrivatBank SST on the Map.
  2. Log in using a card, phone number, or QR code.
  3. Find and select the recipient by entering the EDRPOU code: 31423376 (the recipient must be PE “INFUSION”).
  4. Enter the order number and amount, click “Next,” and proceed to payment.
  5. Insert cash.
  6. To receive a payment receipt, click “Print receipt.”

How to pay using the “Cash” method available on the LiqPay payment page

  1. Choose a product, add it to the cart, and click “Checkout.”
  2. Select the “Cash” method, enter your mobile phone number registered in Privat24, click “Continue.”
  3. Confirm invoice creation in the Privat24 mobile app or using an SMS password.
  4. The invoice has been successfully created.
  5. Find the nearest SST on the Map to complete the payment.
  6. Log in to the SST using the phone number you indicated on the LiqPay payment page or by scanning the QR code using Privat24.
  7. After logging in, a large block with invoice information will appear on the main screen.
  8. Tap the blue block to proceed to payment.
  9. On the payment data page, click “Next” to enter funds.
  10. Insert cash or click “Pay by card.”
  11. To receive a payment receipt, click “Print receipt.”

Payment upon Pickup at the Pharmacy

Payment is made directly to the pharmacist when you collect your order at the pharmacy. The buyer receives a fiscal receipt together with the product.

To pay upon pickup, select the delivery method “Pickup” and the payment method “Payment upon receipt” during checkout.

Payment upon Receipt at the Carrier’s Branches or Parcel Lockers

Carrier “Nova Poshta” – delivery to branch

Upon receiving the order, payment is made directly to the Nova Poshta branch employee, either in cash or via POS terminal. The buyer receives a fiscal receipt together with the product.

To pay upon receipt at a Nova Poshta branch, choose the delivery method “Nova Poshta,” and the payment method “Payment upon receipt.”

Carrier “Nova Poshta” – delivery to parcel lockers

Upon receiving the order, payment is made through the Nova Poshta mobile application (App Store, Google Play).

To pay upon receipt at Nova Poshta parcel lockers, choose the “Nova Poshta” delivery method, select your city and parcel locker, and choose “Payment upon receipt.”

Order Dispatch Times

  • Orders placed on business days (Mon-Fri) are dispatched after 16:00 on the same business day.
  • Orders placed outside business hours are dispatched after 16:00 on the next business day.

  • Before placing an order, carefully read the terms of the offer agreement.
  • Upon receipt, check all items, completeness, and absence of mechanical damage.

Carrier “Nova Poshta”

You can receive goods ordered in our online store via delivery by Nova Poshta.

Cost:

  • To branch / parcel locker* – from 60 to 160 UAH.
  • For cash on delivery, an additional commission is charged: 20 UAH + 2% of the order amount.
  • If the order exceeds 999 UAH – delivery is free (paid by Ulaizer online store).
  • If the order is under 999 UAH – delivery cost is per carrier’s tariff (paid by customer).

Attention!

  • Delivery time may increase during martial law.
  • Track your parcel by TTN (waybill) via the link.

* To reduce the influence of weather conditions, parcel locker delivery is performed only to indoor parcel lockers.

Pickup from Pharmacies

You can choose and order nebulizers, accessories, and other products online on our website and pick them up within 5-15 minutes after placing the order at any available pharmacy listed on the website.

To collect the goods, tell the pharmacist your order number displayed on the confirmation page. The same number will also be sent to your email.

Pay attention to the pharmacy’s working hours. Please check whether the pharmacy is open before going to pick up the order.

For the “Pickup from pharmacies” delivery method, the reservation period is 2 business days from the date and time of order placement.

You may refuse part of the order at the pharmacy; in this case, you pay only for the items you take.

How to Receive an Order at Nova Poshta Parcel Lockers?

Delivery terms for Nova Poshta parcel lockers (detailed terms via the link):

Declared value: up to 29,000 UAH.

Parcel dimensions must not exceed: 40×60×30 cm and weight up to 20 kg.

It is not possible to refuse part of the order.

Delivery time: 1-3 days.

Parcel storage time in the locker: 3 days. After that, it will be transferred to the nearest branch, and the recipient will be notified via SMS.

After opening the locker and inspecting the goods, it is not possible to refuse the order.
If there are issues with the received goods – call +38 (075) 172-64-86 (Mon-Fri 8:30-17:00, Sat-Sun closed) to resolve a return.

How to Order Delivery to a Parcel Locker?

While placing an order, select the delivery method “Nova Poshta,” choose the city and parcel locker number from the available list.

Select one of the payment options available for this delivery method.

How to Receive an Order at a Nova Poshta Parcel Locker?

  • Download the Nova Poshta mobile app (App Store, Google Play).
  • Wait for the notification in the app or SMS confirming that your order has been delivered to the locker.
  • When near the parcel locker, open the corresponding Express Invoice (EI) in the mobile app and tap “Open locker” (Bluetooth must be enabled).
  • Take your parcel and close the locker door.

What Documents Are Required to Receive an Order?

Cash payment upon receipt for amounts over 5,000 UAH

Receiving an order with cash payment of 5,000 UAH – 29,999 UAH requires an identity document of a citizen of Ukraine.

Cash payment upon receipt for amounts over 30,000 UAH

According to the legislation of Ukraine, receiving an order with cash payment exceeding 30,000 UAH requires mandatory identification of the payer.

For delivery to carrier branches or pharmacies, verification is performed using a passport and the taxpayer registration number (RNOKPP), with certified copies signed on site.

Online card payment

An order paid online can be received only by the person whose details were provided in the “Contact information” field during checkout.

To receive the order, the recipient must present an identity document of a citizen of Ukraine.
