After the drug is introduced into the reservoir, it passes through a microdispersed filtration element. At the output, an aerosol with particles of about 2.5 micrometers in size is obtained – this is approximately 40 times smaller than the diameter of a human hair. This degree of dispersion allows the drug to be evenly delivered along the entire length of the respiratory tract – from the upper parts to the deep segments of the lungs. Since the chamber is subjected to significant thermal and mechanical stress during regular use, in order to maintain stable inhalation efficiency, its scheduled replacement is recommended – approximately once every 12 months.
