What goods cannot be returned?

The buyer has the right to return goods of proper quality within 14 days from the date of receipt in accordance with the Law of Ukraine dated May 12, 1991 No. 1023-XII “On the Protection of Consumer Rights”, with the exception of goods that have already been used and categories of goods that are not subject to return (medical devices that come into contact with the skin, mucous membranes or respiratory tract – in case of damage to the packaging).

The goods must be returned in full, in the original undamaged packaging with all documents.

In the event of defects being discovered during the established warranty period, in the manner and within the time limits established by law, the buyer has the right to demand:

  • a proportional reduction in the price;
  • free elimination of defects in the goods within a reasonable time;
  • reimbursement of costs for eliminating defects in the goods.

In what situations can the goods be returned upon delivery (receipt)?

You can return the order at the time of delivery (receipt) provided that the rules and procedure for exchanging / returning the goods are followed.

Important! Be sure to check your order upon receipt!

You can refuse the delivered order and pay upon receipt in the following cases:

  • the delivered goods do not correspond to the ordered goods;
  • the goods are damaged due to a violation of the integrity of the packaging;
  • the goods are damaged due to a mismatch between the packaging and the nature of the attachment and the conditions of shipment (except for temperature requirements).

Important! If your order contains a medical product(s), you have the right to refuse the delivered medical product(s) upon receipt of the order and have the right to demand a refund if:

  • the primary and/or secondary packaging of the medicinal product is damaged;
  • the expiry date of the medicinal product has expired;
  • the authorized body has published a ban on the sale and use of the medical product;
  • the delivered order does not correspond to the ordered one in terms of quantity or composition, name, dosage, release form, price.

In case of refusal of the delivered order, the amount of delivery services is paid by the Buyer in accordance with the established tariffs of the carrier.

In what situations can the goods be returned after purchase?

You can return the goods if:

  • the goods are not what you expected;
  • the goods do not correspond to the description or photo;
  • the goods are of inadequate quality.

Important! The goods must not lose their presentation. The following must be preserved:

  • packaging;
  • complete set;
  • sales receipt;
  • warranty card (for Ulaizer nebulizers).

To return a medical product(s) of inadequate quality, it is necessary to provide a payment document – a fiscal receipt for its/their purchase.

In this case, you will have the opportunity to return the money paid or replace the drug/medical product with a similar one of adequate quality.

How to return the product?

You can return the product purchased in our online store within 14 days from the date of purchase. Check whether your product is subject to all return conditions.

Put the new product without traces of use in the original packaging together with the sales receipt and warranty card (only for Ulaizer nebulizers). If the product consists of several parts, the entire set must be returned. Make sure that nothing is lost and that you return the product in the same configuration in which you received it.

If you purchased a product with a gift, you must provide the entire set (the product with the gift) when returning it. Otherwise, the nominal value of the gift will be deducted from the refund amount.

If you want to return the Ulaizer:

  • write a request via the feedback form, indicating: last name, first name, patronymic, mobile number, e-mail address, detailed description of the problem;
  • after processing the request, our manager will contact you;
  • after consulting (verification of the breakdown) and receiving all the necessary information, send us the non-working Ulaizer;
  • then wait for the shipment of a new Ulaizer.

  • EDRPOU code: 31423376
  • Mobile phone number and full name of the recipient: 380975969591, Sichkarenko Mykola Ivanovych (or +380976220678, Tertyshna Kateryna Petrivna)
  • Nova Poshta branch: No. 174 (Kyiv, Ivan Pulyuya St., 8A)
  • Delivery payment: at the recipient’s expense, non-cash payment
  • The “Return delivery” and “Postpay” services must be canceled.

What is the cost of delivering the goods when returning?

You can return the goods by the carrier “Nova Poshta”.

When returning the goods within 14 days from the date of purchase, the shipping cost is paid by the Buyer. The shipping cost is calculated according to the carrier’s tariffs depending on the actual / volumetric weight and estimated value of the goods.

If you received the wrong goods that you ordered, goods of inadequate quality or goods that do not match the photo on the website, we will compensate for the cost of sending this return from the branch.
