Our store provides a warranty for goods, confirming the obligation that the product contains no manufacturing defects.

Please check the completeness and absence of defects upon receipt of the product.

1. Warranty for Compressor Nebulizer Ulaizer Home (CN-02MY)

Under proper operating conditions, the Ulaizer™ Home compressor nebulizer (model CN-02MY) should not exhibit defects in materials or workmanship for 5 years from the date of purchase.

The nebulizer is covered by a 5 (five) year warranty, provided it is used as intended and the operating rules are followed.

The warranty is limited to replacement, at the discretion of LLC “Yuria-Pharm”, of any component or equipment deemed defective if the company determines the claim is justified.

This warranty does not cover any components or equipment that were misused, operated contrary to intended use, accidentally damaged, or repaired without authorization, and does not cover repair costs.

LLC “Yuria-Pharm” is not liable to the buyer or any other persons for loss of ability to use the equipment, or for indirect or incidental damages that may occur.

All returned products must be properly packaged and shipped prepaid by the distributor servicing the device.

2. Warranty for Compressor Nebulizer Ulaizer Air+ (VP-D2)

The Ulaizer™ Air+ compressor nebulizer (model VP-D2) is intended for individual use.

The nebulizer is covered by a 2 (two) year warranty, provided it is used as intended and the operating rules are followed.

The warranty applies only to the compressor (main unit) and does not cover the nebulizer chamber or other accessories, since the lifetime of the accessories significantly depends on the intensity of use.

The warranty service life of the nebulizer chamber, masks, and other accessories is 180 hours, provided the operating rules are followed. However, if they change color, they should be replaced.

To confirm that the warranty is valid, a purchase receipt or warranty card must be provided.

If the operating and maintenance rules are violated, or the nebulizer is used for purposes other than intended, the warranty becomes void.

The warranty is also void if unauthorized repair or modification of the device has been performed.

The manufacturer and the authorized representative in Ukraine, LLC “Yuria-Pharm”, are not liable for consequences or damages that may arise from using the nebulizer.

Warranty service is limited to the actions listed above. No other warranty service is provided.

All returned products must be properly packaged and shipped prepaid by the distributor servicing the device.

3. Actions in Case of Malfunctions of Nebulizers Ulaizer Home (CN-02MY) and Air+ (VP-D2)

Technical maintenance of Ulaizer™ Home (CN-02MY) and Air+ (VP-D2) nebulizers must be performed only by the manufacturer or an authorized specialized company.

In case of malfunction, refer to the “TROUBLESHOOTING” section of the instruction manual.

If the issue cannot be resolved independently according to the recommended instruction table, or if you have comments regarding the product’s performance, need consultation, or wish to leave feedback, please use one of the following methods:

    • call +38 (095) 275-33-01 (charge according to your operator’s tariff) or +38 (0800) 401-771 (toll-free from any number in Ukraine).

The following information must be included in the request:

  • serial number of the medical device;
  • description of the malfunction;
  • last name and first name, location (city, country), phone number, and e-mail (optional) of the person responsible for device operation.

4. How to Submit a Product for Warranty Repair/Replacement?

You may submit Ulaizer™ Home (CN-02MY) and Air+ (VP-D2) nebulizers for repair/replacement by shipping them via the postal operator “Nova Poshta”.

Include the warranty card and purchase receipt with the product.

When sending via “Nova Poshta”, fill out the shipment with the following details:

  • Recipient: LLC “YURIA-PHARM”
  • EDRPOU code: 30109129

  • Delivery type: warehouse-to-door
  • Address: Kyiv, Sviatoslava Khorobroho St. (formerly Narodnoho Opolchennia), 19
  • Delivery payment: recipient, non-cash
  • The “Return delivery” and “Cash on delivery” services must be canceled.

5. Which Products Are Subject to Warranty Repair/Replacement?

If the product fails within the warranty period due to a manufacturing defect, we will repair it or replace it with a new one.

Before submitting the product for warranty service, please review the warranty repair terms listed in this section or in the instruction manual.

Ensure that:

  • the warranty seals are intact;
  • the product has no mechanical or other damages;
  • the product was used according to the instruction manual;
  • you did not repair or modify the product yourself;
  • the warranty card is filled out correctly;
  • the serial number is preserved.

Please note!

  • Some products are accepted for warranty repair only with accompanying accessories and component modules.
  • According to Ukrainian law, since 2017 a stamp on the warranty card is not required to receive service or warranty support.

6. In Which Cases Is the Warranty Not Provided?

Warranty is not provided if:

  • warranty seals are damaged;
  • there are mechanical or other damages caused by intentional or negligent actions of the buyer or third parties;
  • the rules of use specified in the manual were violated;
  • unauthorized opening, repair, modification of internal components, or changes to the design/circuitry were performed;
  • the warranty card is filled out incorrectly;
  • the serial number is altered, erased, or cannot be identified.

Warranty obligations do not extend to:

  • natural wear or depletion of resource;
  • accidental damage caused by the customer;
  • damage resulting from natural disasters;
  • damage due to power surges or improper power connection;
  • damage caused by defects in the system in which the product was used or connected;
  • damage caused by using the product not as intended or in violation of operating rules.

7. Supervision of Medical Devices

LLC “Yuria-Pharm” cares about patient health and creates safe, effective, and affordable medicinal products and medical devices.

Medical devices sold in the online store include:

  • Lorde Hyal 4 ml No.10 – solution for inhalation and intranasal administration
  • Ectobris® 2.5 ml No.10 – inhalation solution
  • NASISOFT 4 ml No.10 – solution for inhalation administration and others.

To ensure control over their safety and effectiveness, a medical device supervision system is used. It enhances the responsibility of LLC “Yuria-Pharm” to consumers and allows timely measures aimed at product improvement.
